You do not have to be a resident of Vallejo – or a resident of Solano County – or have an ID – to receive help from us. And you can come every day that we’re open, if you have the need. We look forward to meeting you!
How Can I Volunteer?
If you have a heart to help, volunteer opportunities are available
Mondays through Fridays
(and sometimes special events on the weekends):
Times are:
Mondays 9:30AM – 3:00PM – Prep
Tuesdays from 9:00AM-2:00PM
(distribution from 11:00AM – 2:00PM)
Wednesdays 9:00AM – 5:00PM
Thursdays from 8:30AM – 5:00PM
Food Bank pick up and Prep
Fridays 9:00AM – 6:00PM
(distribution from 2:00PM – 5:00PM)
What Items Can I Donate?
Donations of operating supplies, personal hygiene and non-perishables needed!
SUGGESTED DONATION LIST
- Ziplock bags – sandwich size and gallon size
- Shampoo, soap, conditioner, toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors
- Canned tuna
- Peanut butter
- Hearty soups
- Dried or canned beans
- Canned chicken
- Canned fruit in juice
- 100 percent fruit juice
- Canned vegetables
- Canned tomato products
- Enriched rice, grains or pasta
- Iron rich cereal and whole grain cereal

How Can I Contribute Monetarily?
To contribute monetarily, go to www.fbcvallejo.net and click “Giving” in the upper right hand corner, and choose Faith Food Fridays Fund on the Giving Type drop down list.
Faith Food Fridays is an outreach ministry of Faith Bible Church of Vallejo whose mission is to show God’s love to our Vallejo area neighbors in need.
